When a call comes in, the Caller ID feature pulls up the phone number of the person calling in as well as the customer profile associated with that phone number.

 

Employees can enhance the customer experience by not having to ask the caller for their phone number and can greet repeat customer's by name, while errors are reduced by not having to take the time to correctly hand key in the phone number every time.

 

This saves valuable time during the orderign process. The less time on the phone per customer, the more likely your other customers calls will be answered instead of loosing their business due to long wait times.

Quick Access to Order History

Many of your customers are loyal customers that routinely call in to place repeat orders for their favorite items.

 

The Heartland Restaurant POS app automatically saves your customer's previous orders and displays their order history list by order date.
