With our second Dominic’s Deli location on the way, we started looking into new point of sales systems. We scheduled a Heartland Restaurant demo with Ryan from JCR. He worked very hard to ensure that all the back end information from our menu was input and that it functioned the way we wanted and that it would make the job of our employees much easier compared to the current system we were using. Heartland Restaurant is working great for us! We were nervous about the switch, but the transition was much smoother than we expected. Josh was at our restaurant the day we switched, and was very knowledgeable and definitely very helpful with making our first day go smoothly. So far, we really like the capabilities this systems has for our call in orders and our delivery orders. It is so easy to make changes and updates to the system and the BOH Admin site is fantastic. We are able to look at and run reports that will help boost our revenue and profits. We can’t wait to get our next store open and put Heartland Restaurant there too!

Smoothie Squad uses JCR Systems POS. We love our new Heartland Restaurant Cloud based management system because the staff are always very helpful with any questions that any of our staff has at anytime. Tim was there during the setup and continues to assist me whenever I have any questions. It is awesome that there is an online ordering site available, as well as the loyalty program which our customers love.

Increased Order Accuracy
The Customer Display works in tandem with the Heartland Restaurant POS system (HRPOS) showing guests a customer friendly version of what their cashier is doing. When a guest orders a meal, the display will show each item ordered with any additions or changes requested. The display also shows a running subtotal of the meal’s cost.
One of the biggest benefits to the Guest Facing Display is an increase in order accuracy. Customers see their order in real time as it is added into the system and can request changes if any items are incorrect before the order is sent to the kitchen.

Reduce wait times in the line by adding a customer facing payment device that supports Chip Card processing and Mobile Wallets with NFC, such as ApplePay, making it quick and easy for your customers to pay.
When it's time for payment, customers will be prompted to insert their credit card, eliminating the need to hand the credit card to the cashier for payment.
The guest interacts directly with the display to select a tip amount and sign on the iPad for signature capture. Your guest then has the option of choosing to email, print or decline a receipt.
Suggested Tips and Signature Capture Speeds Up the Line
Fast casual operations in a tip environment can significantly speed up the lines displaying suggested tip amounts for customers to choose from. Your guests simply touch one of the tip amounts displayed on the iPad and then signes on the iPad for Signature Capture.
Eliminates the time needed to print a credit card voucher for the cashier to present to the customer to fill out.
Eliminates the time needed for the customer to then look at the total on the printed voucher and try to determine how much to tip, then write in the tip, then take the time to add up the amounts and write in the grand total, all while holding up the line.
